Why this is the cheapest marketing team you will ever run
A founder or CMO who wants the same coverage today has three options. Here they are side by side.
| What you need | Hire specialists | Agency retainer | AI CMO OS |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coverage | 6 to 9 specialists, hired one by one over months | A team you share with ten other clients | Nine modules on day one, your CMO at the controls |
| Monthly cost | A single mid-level marketer costs more than this subscription | Retainers start where this subscription ends and go up | $1,000 flat |
| Time to first result | Weeks of hiring, then onboarding | Discovery phase, then a strategy deck | First modules live within two weeks of setup |
| Who runs it | You, or a head of marketing you also need to hire | An account manager | Your own CMO, trained by the person who built the stack |
| Decisions that cost money | Depends on the person | Depends on the contract | Always a human, always logged, always explained |
| Leaving | Notice periods, knowledge walks out | Contract terms | Cancel any month; configs and data are yours |
Specialists share one brain
The outreach module knows what the analytics module learned. In a human team that knowledge lives in Slack threads nobody reads.
Volume is no longer a cost
Sending 150 personalized follow-ups or publishing three articles a week costs the same as sending one. People price per hour; the system does not.
Your CMO gets a team, not a replacement
The OS is installed for your CMO. Strategy and relationships stay with them; execution, monitoring and reporting run on agents they control.
No CMO yet? Still works
Alex runs the system for you during the first 90 days while you hire, then trains the person you bring in. The configs and the history stay in place.
Nothing expensive happens silently
Every spend change, every send at scale and every new channel goes through approval. You can read the log.
No lock-in
Configs, CRM, content and dashboards are yours. If you leave, you keep them and the method.
Questions founders ask before paying
What does $1,000 a month not include?
Ad spend, paid tools you choose to keep (for example an ESP or a BI license) and third-party fees such as Cloud API messaging. Everything the system itself needs is included.
Is there a minimum term?
No. Setup is paid once; the subscription is month to month. Most clients stay because the second month is when the data starts compounding.
Who actually does the work?
Agents run the scheduled work: outreach, drips, content, monitoring, dashboards. Your CMO reads the alerts, approves spend decisions and steers. Alex installs, trains and configures, and stays on call.
Can the OS work with my existing team?
That is the point. It is built to be your CMO's team. Your people keep strategy, brand and relationships; the OS takes execution and reporting. If you have no CMO yet, Alex operates it for the first 90 days.
How fast do we see results?
Outreach replies and clean numbers come in the first weeks. Retention and SEO compound over two to three months. You see all of it on the board from week one.
What if my product is in a sensitive category?
The stack was built inside an adult AI product, so compliance rules, payment rails and ad-network constraints for sensitive categories are part of the method.
